End to Neither Armistice nor Peace

End to Neither Armistice nor Peace*
by C. Charles Bley

touch this scrapped, terrible bomb
when it beats extreme

with firm tragic peace concluded
in the state of the source

country and nation and sufferings
reflected the firm forever

a weapon, an aggressor with a chance
to settle sworn and golden

clear our head of the pit Complex,
"forward the cannonade

in our unanimous end neither nor.
bayonets turn in the enemy."

peace sustained the might the flame
burn the last peaceful land
