From 2004 to 2007, a band called Turkey Fister existed in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We played Halloween-Flavored Hippie Metal Salsa Alien Disco Jam music that got a little less scatterbrained and a little more fantastic every year. We were an ear-violating floor-shaking freak party. Many of the people who supported Turkey Fister and attended the shows are family to us.

This will be the 3rd year Chrysalis Didgeridoos has donated a beautiful hand-crafted didge to 4oneworld for their annual auction fundraiser. 4oneworld is a charity managed in part by our wonderful friend Liz. The issue I take with Earth Day is that after more than 30 years as a globally acknowledged event - following the lead of MLK Day and Memorial Day which appear to be lost on young generations  - it hasn't garnered enough respect even as a concept. Too many people still think this is a joke.
